The 3D Hunting Memory trophy involves you providing one or more items (“Your Items”) to Nor’easter Game Calls for encasement into a solid block of resin. Once Your Items are encased, they cannot be removed from the resin. Pre-encasement preparation of Your Items may also involve partial destruction and/or alteration thereof, or the application of resin to portions of Your Items. None of these processes are reversible. As a result, you are advised that you bear the sole and entire risk of the manufacturing process resulting in an unacceptable finished product. By providing Your Items for inclusion in the trophy, you agree that Nor’easter Game Calls shall bear no responsibility for any damage to or destruction of Your Items. You further agree that Nor’easter Game Calls shall bear no responsibility for any dissatisfaction you may have regarding the aesthetic result of the trophy. You shall have no claim for loss of value of Your Items as a result of Your Items being incorporated into the trophy. You shall have no claim for loss of value of Your Items as a result of pre-encasement preparation of Your Items. You agree that your sole remedy for any successful claim against Nor’easter Game Calls for any loss you may have regarding Your Items is a refund of the amount you paid to Nor’easter Game Calls for the trophy.

Before any work can be done on your 3D Hunting memory a signed copy of the liability form must be on file here at the shop, You can send a check, money order or Paypal for the work being done.
