Mammoth ivory pieces in resin, (this thing is nuts)

This is part of My new jurassic series. I'm using a double reed echo insert and The barrel is mammoth ivory from Alaska with Resin, the ivory will date around 15,000 years old, i used the cleanest stuff i had in this one so its nice and white. I hand make the blanks here in the shop mixing the ivory with alumilite resin. I then hand turn the barrel to the shape you see and add multiple coats of CA finish to the outside and inside as well.
